The control room’s purpose is service monitoring and production control, and serves as a central space where all our dispersed services can be monitored and controlled. Our Team undertakes many essential processes which includes “alarm monitoring”, “vehicle monitoring”, “CCTV monitoring”, “Radio Communication” and dispatches units to manage all “audits and faults”.
Not only does our team handle production and service monitoring, but they do information capturing, information processing and analysis, as well as logging all occurrences and events.
Our team uses the best software and hardware to maintain an effective workflow. The control room is under constant supervision by highly competent leaders, and prioritizes continuous internal training to ensure that our staff are always prepared.
